Style Tips, Freelancing, Confidence at 60

Why Recognition Still Matters at 60 (and How I Just Joined a Global Network)

Now in my 60s, I’ve been doing a lot of reinventing my wardrobe, my work, and even my mindset. So when I got the news that I’d been accepted as a Lifetime Member of the Worldwide Women’s Association, I paused.

Not to celebrate (though I did that too). But to reflect.

Joining a global network of accomplished women from all walks of life was more than a professional milestone. It was a moment of recognition of everything I’ve built, everything I’ve overcome, and everything I’m still dreaming of.

Too often, women my age are told to slow down or fade quietly into the background. But here’s what I know for sure: Your story doesn’t stop at 60. It gets bolder.

Your story doesn’t stop at 60. It just gets bolder.

It’s a reminder that your voice, your skills, and your style have power—no matter how old you are. And it’s exactly what I pass along through this blog.

Exploring freelancing or simply finding your voice again? You are seen. And you are far from done.

Here’s to being seen and to making the next chapter count.
